Not only that, but this laminator is modern, easy to use, and durable. Laminator heats up quickly and the paper goes through easily. Even though it is larger, it is really modern looking which makes it a statement piece on a desk. It laminates quietly and beeps when it is ready. Incredibly modern and effective

I love the design of this product, as it will fit with either my school or home office decor. I also like that it is hefty yet not bulky. Though it is not as light as the small personal laminators, it can still be transported fairly easily if I want to take it to school. It is convenient that it senses the laminating pouch thickness and the user does not have to remember to change settings. It is useful for laminating a variety of items. I mostly use it for printer paper, cardstock, photos, and other printed educational materials. Heats Up Fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Venus model in my classroom for numerous laminating projects. It heats up so quickly, and the sheets slide through with ease. When I don't load a page properly, it pushes it back out to me, allowing me to reposition the page without jamming. I love this machine and how quickly it laminates. It's a breeze!

Usually the first laminated sheet put through stops about half way and then gets rejected. You have to wait much longer than indicated for the machine to be ready to laminate. Once it is fully warmed up though, and have spit out the half laminated first one, all the others go smoothly.
