Scent

Smells warm and spicy. I use in the diffuser whenever my little one is starting to feel unwell.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has a wonderful scent that the whole family will love. It only takes a few drops so the bottle will last a while. I only use it in my diffuser in the evenings but you can use it any time.

Great oil for kids

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this essential oil. It smells great and seemed to be helping my allergies when I added it to my desk humidifier. It is defiantly strong so a few drops should work for you. The drops last a long time so the bottle lasts a long time.

Smells great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Ellia Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil, Fight It, by Homedics. I received this for free through the Spark Reviewer program. I chose this particular one because I needed something to help clear up my sinuses. I have so many problems with congestion from allergies year round that it's nice to have something in the air to help break things up in my nose. Well I am very pleased, this absolutely did help with my sinuses. It didn't take long either, within about 10 minutes of burning this oil I started to feel the effects all through my nose. It's cool you can see the mist from the oil going into the air as it burns. This isn't a floral scent, it's more of a medicinal smell. The ingredients are essential oils of orange, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, cardamom, and clove. You can really smell the eucalyptus when it's burning. It lists it's properties as being cleansing, purifying, comforting, warming and spicy. I really do love this, it helps my sinuses break up so I do intend on buying more. This isn't my first time burning oil but it is the first time I've tried Ellia Oils. I am very impressed with it so I will be trying out their other oils too. Next I want to try Lavender.

Good for your sinuses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally when I selected this oil to place into my diffuser, I thought the scent would be very close to, if not exactly like Thieves Oil which is distributed by another company. This was definitely not the case. "Fight It" is a very light and calming oil. It has strong notes of eucalyptus and rosemary. It also has notes of orange, cinnamon, lemon, clove and cardamom. It is promoted as an oil that will provide a cleaner and more comfortable environment. The company also stresses that it is an oil that can be used easily from season to season and seemingly also promotes overall health. I really enjoyed this scent and felt it made my home smell very welcoming and nice. You do not need many drops of this product in your diffuser; it is very concentrated and a simple 5-7 drops are really all you need. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and would definitely be interested in trying other oils from this company.

Very nice fragrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ELLIA FIGHT IT

I love the fragrance of this particular essential oil. It is a combination of many different oils. Smells of the Orange and Lemon are up lifting. The Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, Clove, Rosemary and Cardamom are some of my favorite oils. All together, this makes for a spicy, sweet, comforting scent. Our home smells so clean with the scent diffusing throughout the house. You know when people visit and compliment how clean your home smells, you are doing something right. It's a "feel good" scent. I use it in two different diffusers. It diffuses very well. This is one of my new essential oils that is a must have. It is a Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil. I'm so glad I got to try this. If you are looking for a clean natural scent, I think you would love this one.

Smells Clean Naturally!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Essential Oil, Fight It. Smells nice, not overwhelming or offensive. Used when I had guest and one person was suffering from a summer cold and I was concerned I would catch it, and did not, so one could presume it worked.

Essential Oil, Fight It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you remember the days when you would go Christmas shopping or to a party and someone would be making a spiced drink called wassail. Well this reminds me so much of that scent with its hints of orange, lemon, cinnamon, and underlying hints of eucalyptus, rosemary, cloves and cardamom. In some ways it makes me feel much cooler just because it makes me think of the cool weather and these smells in the air. I find this very comforting since I can't stand summer.

This is a 15ml (5 fl. oz.) bottle of 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential oils. You will only need a few 5-7 drops in you defuser for that wonderful smell to permeate the air. I would not recommend you put this on your skin.

One of the things I don't like about this product is that it seems to have a child proof lid. Now I understand that the lid needs to be tight to keep the product as fresh as possible for as long as possible but this makes the medicine bottles look easy.

I think this essential oil would be great if our planning a holiday party because it does make me think of winter. Thank you Spark Review for letting me try this product.

Smells like Winter YUM!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having just recently purchased an electric oil Diffuser, I was anxious to receive and try out a quality essential oil in my new unit.

Regrettably, as an air freshener, this product did not meet my expectations. This is not to say that this is a bad product in that regard. If you are within a 2 to 4 feet range of an oil Diffuser then you can definitely notice its array of lovely aromas. The downside is that the fragrance does not linger and will go away rather quickly, and I'm talking in terms of a few minutes. Even while I was in an enclosed area with all the windows shut and using a fairly high concentrated amount of oil (up to 9 drops of oil in 120ml of water) things do not change much.

Another aspect of this essential oil is the assertion that it has beneficial therapeutic effects by way of Aromatherapy -- specifically its ability to "Boost energy" according to the manufacturer's website. However, this is entirely a subjective matter: From what I am aware of I did not experience such a claim.

Pros:
1. Very natural smelling fragrances and did not have much of an 'artificial' and/or chemical odor;
2. Gives off a somewhat tranquil 'sensation' to your immediate environment.

Cons:
1. As an air freshener, this oil blend doesn't permeate a medium-sized whole room too well;
2. Of the seven fragrances used, the orange and lemon were quite dominant while the rest were only slightly noticable.

Good but not great Essential Oil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ellia Fight It seasonal support blend is a 100% pure, therapeutic grade blend of 7 different essential oils distributed by HoMEDICS. This particular blend is comprised of essential oils of orange, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, cardamom, and clove in a 15ml (5 fl. oz.) bottle. The box is sturdy, and attractive and a good place to store the bottle when not in use. The fight it blend is not for topical use and may cause skin irritation according to the cautions listed on the label. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, as well as cautions if pregnant, lactating, or have medical conditions and keep out of reach of children. The box states this product is bottled in the U.S.A. and is best used within a year of opening. I will take a permanent marker and mark the date I opened it so I can keep track. The box has listed the suggested use of placing 5-7 drops in a diffuser. Initially, I had a little trouble opening the bottle which just clicked when I turned the cap. It turns out to be like a medicine bottle where you need to push down and then turn the cap. Later, I noticed this is indicated by a little diagram on the top of the cap, but since it is black cap, I did not notice that while I was trying to open the bottle. This is actually a very good feature since you do not want kids to get hold of this and get it on them or ingest it. After I opened the bottle, I was planning to count out 5 drops into my diffuser filled with water, but the drops came out really fast as compared with a different brand of oil having a similar opening in the top for the drops to come out. I usually have to tip the bottle and shake slightly to get the drops out, but this one is different so I think 7 drops came out. In my diffuser, it did not take long for the scent to permeate the air. I used it in a small bedroom which my cats do not enter and closed the door, because I am not sure it is safe to use around cats. The scent was quite lovely. The properties listed on the box are: cleansing, purifying, comforting, warming and spicy. I could recognize orange, clove, and cardamom scents from the list of 7 scents, my nose could not recognize the others on the list, but in any case the combination of scents was very pleasant. I have no way to tell if this blend is purifying or cleansing, but it was definitely comforting, warming and spicy! I really enjoyed it.

Lovely scent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Walmart sent this to me to review - this is not a product I would have chosen or anything
that I use. This is essential oil for a diffuser. I prefer to burn Yankee Candles to freshen the air around me. And this scent was too sharp, like cloves. Way too much for me. It made my nose burn.
I gave it to a friend that I thought would appreciate it more & she was impressed by the fact that it is
Pure Essential Oil - I guess the best kind to have if you want it :)
