I found this empty on the ground while delivering mail and I will never have another wallet. Didn't know what it was until I googled a few weeks later and it's been my wallet ever since. The rubber band broke and I'm here to replace it. 10/10 the best product ever

Found it and won't let it go

The silicone cash band that holds it together will break eventually. Mine took over 2 years. But I emailed them and they sent me replacements within a week. (Multiple replacements. At no charge) 
The customer service is incredible and product quality speaks for itself. I will have this wallet forever. And probably won't need replacement bands for a minimum of 20 years now.

THEY SEND REPLACEMENT STRAPS

I've had my wallet for a year. The strap started breaking, so I called the Nite Ize customer service line and they're sending me a bunch of replacement straps for free. I was concerned with the wallet's longevity at first because of the strap, but obviously it's going to last forever at this rate.

I bought this 6 months ago, and it's a great product. No having to walk around with a bulky wallet is a win on its own, but adding useful tools to it makes it amazing. The only con I see is the Cash Wrap Strap, which is starting to show some signs of stress. It would be great if at least one more came with the product, and if you sold these as accessories.

I purchased this item with high hopes. The rubber binder is falling apart and has broken.
I looked in the door going to order a replacement binder, but I do not see it available.

Rubber binder broke after only a few months

definitely enjoyed using this wallet for about 18 days, then the elastic band that holds it together broke....I am not finding a replacement band, so it seems that this is no longer a great wallet (unfortunately)....would be great to have access to replacement parts :/

pitfall

Rubber strap is the failure point, every time. Redesign to be more durable, please. One of the best ideas for this type of wallet. Maybe even offer a five pack of the rubber bands?

Wanted to love it.

Figured I'd give it a try when seeing it and I almost immediately noticed the rubber strap begin to tear until it finally gave. Would be great if revision was made for the band since it's so thin.
