This is the most beautiful cast iron skillet I have ever owned. I am so proud of it. I used it last night to make bacon, caramalized onions, toasted burger buns %26 smashed burgers. These things naturally season cast iron. Everything turned out amazing. The onions were done in record time. They usually take around 45-55 minutes but with this pan they were done in less than 20 minutes %26 caramalized beautifully. The char on the burgers was unlike any other cast iron I own %26 it toasted the buns very well. I'm not the biggest fan of bacon but it did cook the bacon to perfection as well. I will say this, you have to keep your heat turned slightly lower than you would normally cook using standard cast iron because this cast iron is really thick so it gets really hot %26 holds the heat very well. This is by far the best cast iron that I own %26 I read on their website that they took their time to hand season all of their pans. Which makes them well worth the money that you pay for them. I very highly recommend any cast iron pan from this company %26 if you are looking for a flat iron skillet, this is definitely the one for you. It's worth the investment. Every pan from this company is an heirloom piece that will be handed down for generations to come.

This is an unbelievable griddle.  Immediately the best quality griddle I've ever used.  It's very heavy, made in the USA, and I'm sure it'll last generations.  Thank you Sam's Club for carrying this item!!

Incredible Product

Beautiful but does not sit flat and wobbles very badly. Also not quite long enough to sit fully on 2 burners on standard cooktop so burners are heating more the very ends of griddle and handles vs. the main cooking surface.
