Doesn't leave the white film,  which is the problem I noticed when using the gels.
No plastic film that doesn't dissolve completely when using these tablets,

My favorite dishwasher tabs

What I love most about these All in 1 Powerball Detergent tablets (besides doing a great job at getting our dishware clean) is the fact that it doesn't leave hardened gunk behind in our detergent dispenser like another (different) major brand did and almost ruined out dishwasher detergent dispenser. It had hardened like cement and we almost couldn't use our month or so old dishwasher's dispenser. This has never done that, and we've been using this for several years now. 

The little tablets are quite convenient, and dropping them right in the dispenser is ridiculously simple. I don't have to worry about powder granules getting spilled on the floor either and making our pet sick, either. 

I've not had a problem with spots on our glassware with these detergent tabs, and as long as the dishwasher isn't overloaded with dishware, this does a great job!

Powder tabs are the best option

I was having trouble with my dishwasher leaving a sandy residue on my dishes.  My repairman said I should 1)  use hottest water available and 2) used tabs that aren't gel sealed since sometimes those coatings cause an issue.  Although it is a bit of a pain to open a powerball rather than throw in the gel thingy, my dishes have been spotless and grit free.

I tried the liquid products and the holes in my dishwasher got stuck and I had to do an extreme cleaning so that my dishwasher would give me the same results as before, I thought it was defective, same for my mother-in-law. This product meets all my expectations, when it is on sale, it is a great purchase, very efficient, always impeccable, I do not even try anything else, I wait for sales and I store it one box at a time.

Extremely effective.

I like the "old style" of wrapper on these tablets.   They are individually wrapped in foil which you remove before using in the dishwasher.  This style has become difficult to find.  The newer version has a clear shrink-wrap on it which one does not remove to use.  I don't approve of just letting that melt in your dishwasher or get flushed through-whatever does happen to it during the wash cycle.

Oh no, I just wrote a whole bit. But it was lost in cyberspace. Basically this is as good or better yet than the more expensive Finish Quatram. I was very happy to find it on Walmart.com, as I couldn't find it in my smaller Neighborhood Walmart. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the product, it was advertised for 60 ct and the product received was only 54 count. Can get better deal in grocery store.

The box had been opened and retapped and contained only 31 tabs, not 54 as printed on the front of the box.  The third-party reshipped returned and used.  That is not acceptable.  I will NEVER buy another item from Walmart that is not “Sold and Shipped by Walmart”.  You need to hold your third -party vendors to a higher standard.
