Great inverter for the price. Would recommend to others. Love the idea of being a four stroke engine and taking straight gas with no mixture. Gas and oil is separate

Great generator rums my 1/4 hp sump with ease plus med.size freezer and small fridge will also run the blower motor on the fireplace

Firman Power Equipment

I use this generator to provide general power in my 5th wheel (lights, TV, recharge camper batteries). You need two of these units to power an AC. When I bought it and ran it for 50 or so hours it started smoking and smelling like something was burning. Contacted the service department and they gave suggestions to resolve the problem. Cleaned carbonator, spark plug rated for higher elevations, change to a synthetic oil and use seafoam in my fuel. After all the work and starting it back up, 3 or 4 hours later it was no longer smoking or smelling like something was burnt. Seems to be ok now.

I ran my pellet grill in eco. mode and it is quiet

I bought the Firman W01784 generator for emergency backup, expecting reliability when I needed it most. Unfortunately, the first time I went to use it, fuel started leaking from the carburetor bowl gasket. A brand-new generator, and it failed immediately.

I reached out to Firman support and have been trying for two months to get a simple replacement gasket—with zero success. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. For a product marketed as dependable in emergencies, this was a complete letdown. I wouldn't trust it again, and I definitely wouldn't buy Firman in the future.
