I'm sure its a good item... i was really looking forward to using it. But when i got it in the mail the screen was destroyed, so i took it back. Awesomeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I understand that it was not designed to go very deep. so if you are going to look for deep targets this detector is not for you.

Its claims it has a coin program. Basically it will give you a certain number for a penny, dime, quater, etc. etc. my complaint is that it should say it on the top of the screen, so basically you need to remember alot of numbers.

I am going to try it out in the rich gold mountains of hystorical Tolima Colombia. Most of the indians that used to live there were in love with gold. I want to see what kind of production it will do for me in gold nugget land. Tired of finding american coin change!!

not strong enough.

I intended to use the advertised coin-shooting aspect of this devise in old houses and other buildings. Nowhere in the ad does it read that it cannot be used indoors. When unpacking the product, right on the cover of the manual in big block letters it reads DO NOT USE INDOORS and is accompanied by a long paragraph telling you why you can't. Maybe this is something that experienced metal-detector folks already know, but for the rest of us it would be nice if that fact would be displayed in the ad. It's going back.
