I remember having one like this when I was little. Fisher Price has come a long way since we were younger and I can't complain about butterbeans whisk because its made very well and super cute. Butterbeans also comes in many other individual toys or Playsets. You wont be disappointed.

She loves whipping things up in her kitchen while I cook and the Butterbean's Magic Whisk adds a little extra magic and fun to our time in the kitchen. The lights and music add a special fairy like feel as she plays. Super cute and fun!

My son uses it as a magic wand so he's dropped it a bunch of times and nothing has happened to it. It has numerous cute sayings that you push a button for. great for imaginative play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 yr old daughter liked the toy though hadn't seen the show before. She promptly asked to watch it to see what it was about and liked it. It spins a bit when you push the "magic bean" and plays the theme song. It is really cute and we had fun playing together with it, pretending to make cakes. Only thing they could improve is making spin more when you push the button. Also, we left it outside overnight in the grass and it had gotten wet and still works perfectly, I was very worried when I realized. Overall, I would recommend it if you have a kid that like cooking or watches the show.

The butterfly turns a little but doesn't really "spin". They just sit and hit the button repetitively rather than playing make believe chef with it. I think this would be better for younger children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 almost 5 year old tried this out. I would say this is more geared towards a young 3 year old.  The butterfly does not spin much, just a little half twist.  He did like the ButterBean Cafe song, but that's about it.
