My daughter loves it but our version sings in Dutch. I have no idea what it is saying. It's finally starting to drive me crazy, can someone please tell me what the phrases are ??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year ol son absolutely fell in love with this train.  He loves trains and this train truly made his day.  He could not wait until I opened the box. The train is big and durable. The sounds it makes is not too loud so it does not bother the family when he is playing with it.    The phrases are cute and will teach kids manners.  I only wish it had more realistic train noises. If your child loves trains they will absolutely love this adorable train.

A truly adorable train

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toy! More importantly my grandson loved this train. The sounds were clear, and child like which grabs a child's attention. The "Manners" used were suttle, but consistent. Like all Little People toys, this was is very well constructed, and has survived several "train wrecks". I appreciate that there are no sharp edges, and  easy for small hands to manipulate without getting frustrated.  I was so impressed I purchased another one for my preschool class. I have a several children who are no english speaking, and this is a wonderful way to help with learning English but also learning about manners. I can't wait to see what will e next!

This train is exactly what my daughters want in a toy - it rolls great, is the right size to push along or give a good solid across the room push to, the two figures are great (one of my twins is obsessed with lions and hats) and it makes sounds which is always a hit for my sensory twin. She had a blast pushing other little toys being driven by the figure. My twins are 23 months and I can see this being a hit for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toy a few weeks ago and it is a big hit.  My kids love to play with it and the sayings fun!  Only thing is that the engine and the car come apart very easily which makes it frustrating for the little ones because they have to put it back together a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item free from Mattel to test and rate. I thought this toy would be a little young for my 4-year-old, and in some ways it is. He plays with it on occasion but I think it would be best suited for a 2-year-old. My son loves the songs that the train plays and he is constantly pushing the button on it while playing with it so he can hear them over and over. The front of the train has a light that shines and he thinks that is really cool. One negative is I feel like it is hard to keep the two cars joined together, unless I'm doing something wrong. When my son plays with it, he constantly has to put them back together.

Cute songs, great toy for toddlers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My one year old and 4 year old really love the Little People Friendly Passengers Train!    We received it for our one year old, but our 4 year old was still excited to play with it!  The two parts of the train disconnect, which worked out great, so one child could play with one part of the train and one person, while the other child the other half.  The kids also like how their other Little People figures can be added to the train.  It works well with their other playsets and their imaginative play.  I like how the characters, when put in the train teach manners.  That is an added benefit of this toy.  I also like how it is unisex, so both boys and girls enjoy playing with the train.  It is nice how the train is also simple, there's not many pieces to misplace or get lost.  My kids have brought it in the car numerous times, so I appreciate this feature.  Overall, the toy is a hit in our household.

Fun toy for teaching manners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Little People Friendly Passengers Train as part of the Play Rate Review program. My son was so excited when we opened the box. The toy was out of its package in about 3 minutes. He has had so much fun driving the train around our house, and making it play the songs and phrases. I want to point out that the audio teaches kids about manners and encourages them to be polite. They can never be reminded of that too many times. He has had fun using the people provided with the toy, and also adding in his other toys. (A dinosaur driving? Sure! Delivering a train full of building blocks? Why not!) As is the case with most little boys, he is fascinated by trains. I like this one the best out of the train sets he has right now. The toy is well made. It feels sturdy enough to stand up to a little rough playing. It is cute and fun, while sneaking in a lesson on manners.  I think almost any little boy or girl would enjoy this toy.
