I love this and so does my daughter I bought it before she was even born and now she is eight years old and still love to fall asleep to the lights and sounds. Very disappointed in the app feature being terminated but at least she can use it manually

Perfect for what I needed. I no more need to go into my kids bedroom. Sometimes it doesn't connect as fast as I would like to, but non the less is great. My kids are sleeping sooo much better. Every parent should buy one of this

Great little tech gadget for kids and parents

This sound machine got me through bed time over the last 18 months my daughter. Beyond disappointed that the app abruptly ended ( without warning !!!!! ) The whole reason, aside from the sound and lights, it was so perfect was the Bluetooth app option … hence…. “deluxe”… This was so convenient if my daughter was fussy, I forgot to turn it on, or I needed to pull ‘the crawl out of the room' move. The buttons alone don't give you the same variety and flexibility to change the speed of the light or dimness.

App abruptly ended — it was worth it until that :/

The app for this was discontinued. Not even just no longer being updated but still able to be used - discontinued and completely unavailable. The app made up a significant part of the controls for the star projector, plus it made all the other controls way easier to use (faster too, which when it comes to small children, we all know how important that is). This has essentially ruined this product and wasted the money of the many customers who had already purchased this before the app was discontinued. Would not recommend this product unless it is given to you for free, and will be avoiding Fisher Price/Mattel in general from now on due to the lack of customer care.

I am frustrated and angry.
This is a children's product, meant to be used for years, not a season. Locking basic features behind an app and then suddenly cutting support is unfair and irresponsible to both parents and children.
The device itself works physically, but it has been artificially crippled. This is not a technical failure—it is a company decision. As a result, I now have a product that no longer delivers the features I paid for.

disabled the Smart Connect app!

Product worked fine with app until today.  App is no longer supported so it's only good manually which is a total pain when I want to adjust without waking my granddaughter.

Smart connect app with sound machine

I used this for my first born ( now 2 ) & was excited to use for my second born ( just turned 1) the app aloud so many adjustments the light itself doesn't .. for example turning off and on from being outside of the room and controlling brightness & volume.. as of now the app is no longer available and I no longer have access to do control settings on phone. My 2nd born loved this light and I'm so disappointed the app no longer exists.

Absolutely loved it until they discontinued the app. More than half of the features are unusable now. Looking for a new, better product from a different company
