These are wonderful.  Very easy to use. The blades are sharp and I like their length. The handles move easily as I chop through branches and prune shrubs and flowers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a must-have tool for keeping the flower bed bushes in good shape. The shears are sharp and could easily cut the bushes in the flower bed. The gears provide extra leverage and require less pressure to cut the bushes. I was not able to use it on twigs more than 1/4 inch thick. I have an electric hedge trimmer but this Fiskars shear is a precision tool where we can control what we are snipping. It is not that heavy so you won't get tired quickly. The quality of the build is very good and looks like it will last a long time.

It very intuitive and doesn't take much to get used to the feel of it. The end of the blades are rounded and blunt, so they're a tiny bit safer. The blades themselves are extremely sharp and cut right through any sticks and branches. They slice right through them with minimal effort. I'm impressed by how nicely they work.

Sturdy built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shears to hold in your hand. They are for shrubs and hedges. It is too dry in Texas to do any trimming, but I will be using these to try and cut small branches when the time comes on my large oak trees I have in the front yard. I don't expect them to cut through large branches but I know they will do just fine because they seem like hardy trimmers.
