Build Quality

I had mine shipped to me from a seller who must've had it indoors so there was no fading and the rubber grip handle was soft and grippy still.
I plan to use this for bamboo mostly and it has done the job well enough to cut the stalks short and maintain, as well as transplanting. The teeth are sharp and make quick work of wood and fiber.
The saw has two lock positions as you'll see in the photos.

A short pruning saw that does well enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use only Fiskars pruning equipment because of its quality. I chose this saw for its size. This saw is sharp, easy to use, and effective with small pruning projects.

Effective Saw for Small Pruning Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great little saw that conveniently fits in my pocket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Already used the say on some light trimming. The saw is super sharp and the handle is comfortable in the hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I needed, works really well, holds up to use. Had one before and I loved it.

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cut through two inch diameter and smaller branches easily. Larger branches were more difficult, but it got the job done. If you have lots of large branches to prune, something more substantial would be better. It worked well fo me though. Also, I like that it folds for storage.

Worthwhile Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the blade was sharp enough and the grip felt easy to control but the connection between the two materials felt flimsy. it's good for lighter trimming not heavy duty bushes

It's a cheap brush cutting saw, of which I saw this same exact item at Harbor Freight Tools for around $3 less than Walmart.

A piece of garbage. A brand new one tortured a 1/2" thick branch for minutes before finally tearing it off. Useless.

Useless

The blade and handle are loosely connected together, the saw teeth are crooked, and the teeth are dull. Very disappointed.

You're better off using a butter knife

Fiskars 7 Inch Folding Saw front-facing view with a 7-inch toothed steel blade, orange pivot housing and black textured ergonomic handle with finger groove, blade fully open on white background; often used for pruning small branches and suitable for campsite wood tasks.
