Fiskars 4" Orange  Curved  Scissors are perfect to trim around appliqués, lace overhang and just trimming  anything! The curve upwards  lessens a posible nick in the fabric. I have nearly all of this line, Fiskers, scissors! They also sell sharpeners to keep the best edge! This prevents snags when cutting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Walmart Spark reviewer I get my choice of items that are all similar. Todays choice was scissors. As soon as I read what these scissors did, I knew I had to test them. They are amazing. They're comfortable to use,small, lightweight and sharp. You can use them either left or right handed. For my purpose I used them curve side up and curve side down and since the finger holes are the same size it was so easy to do. But most importantly because they're curved they cut right down to the material without cutting into the material. They'd be great for beading work and embroidery. I doubt what I used them for is what the makers intended them used for, but they worked great and I'm really thrilled with the outcome. My cat has a nasty habit of scratching my new chair and it leaves threads hanging. I tried cutting off the threads with regular scissors but could never get close enough. These scissors did the job! I've posted before and after pics, plus pics of the scissors.

Easy to use, good handles, the curve is nice for snipping off buttons with ease. So far there have not been any cons. They have a sleek design, and I personally like the bright orange so I dont lose them! I will update if any cons come up.

Something about good things in small packages?

The plastic handles make them comfortable to use when snipping small threads and the curve at the end of the scissors makes it easy to get in close when you are cutting.
