I bought these to replace my craftsman cutters from the 1950's. They were the best I had used. Craftsman no longer sells these, so I did some research and found out the craftsman cutters at that time were made by Fiskars So I bought a pair, they work so great I bought another just so I didn't have to fight with my wife over who gets to use them when we are both pruning the bushes.

These did a good job cutting through the Ivey vines that had grown up on my brick home. The vines had gotten tough because they had intertwined and had been growing for a year or so.

Reason for only 4 stars,Fiskers under new management does not honor life time warranty. Other than that it is a 5 star tool.

Warranty

Please do not buy THIS ONE .  Make sure you get the one that has the TITANIUM BLADE. this is really not worthy of the FISKARS name.

NOT Titanium

Not for people, especially women, who deal with arthritic hands/fingers.  Pruners are heavy and not easy to hold. Easily slip from hands during cutting. It cuts very well otherwise.
