Orange handle will help keep it in sight (believe me, I've lost wood handled axes in woods). It's a great grab and go for camping or taking on a hike through woods. Have chopped a handful of 6” trees down in under 10 swings. It's not meant to be a Thor Hammer Axe that will log giant sequoias, not long or heavy enough for that, but it's perfect around a family and a small farm. As the kids get older, it will be the perfect size for them to learn on as long as they are safe
