I have actually been wanting to buy this reel mower for a while now as I prefer reel mowers over gas and electric. This is a premium reel mower which offers a convenient way to adjust the height and strong rotating blades.
It is much heavier than a cheaper reel mower I previously owned, but does move more easily through thick grass. The only challenge is making sharp turns in the fenced backyard, but this is generally a challenge with most types of mowers.
I choose to buy this product at Walmart since it was $20 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. No stores (any retailer) currently stock this mower so I had to order online. But it only took four days to arrive and shipping was free.
Overall I highly recommend purchasing this model of mower from Walmart.

Best reel mower

This is a well designed mower. Everything about it oozes quality. Easy to push, blasts through mulch that gets in the grass, easy  to adjust blades. At first, the priced seemed high for a push mower; but, it's worth every penny.

I bought this a few weeks ago. Had it shipped to my house. Very convenient. So easy to push, and turn around corners. Love the easy height adjustment. Couldn't be happier with my new mower!

Love my new Fiskars Mower

Fantastic mower!! Easy to assemble, super easy to use.
Grass is ejected out the front which is great, easy height adjustment, cuts nicely and the wheel arrangement lets you get close to the edges.
Good for the environment, good exercise, no fumes, no loud noises.
Would highly recommend this great mower!!

The Best!

[Employee of walmartcanada] Bought this reel mower after reading reviews and comparisons to other reel mowers on the market.  Was looking to replace my previous reel mower which was not longer cutting the lawn to our satisfaction .  This mower fit the bill was delivered to the door quickly.

Great mower

This reel mower is definitely the best reel mower you can buy. All the advertising of the Fiskar's exclusive spin drive that spins the blades many times faster than the wheel speed is true. This allows the mower to be operated with the same effort as any push motor-powered mower; no extraneous effort required a la traditional reel mowers. But of course the main benefit of this mower is the low maintenance required - no gas, oil, cords, or rechargeable battery to worry about! And the front-throwing design means no grass gets spun back at you.

However, like all reel mower there are some things you need to consider before purchasing to make sure it is right for you (every single other review will say the same thing). With a reel mower:
(1) you need a lawn that is relatively flat;
(2) you need to be considerate during mowing of clearing out pebbles/rocks and twigs/branches or they will damage and possibly misalign the blades (but this can be easily readjusted);
(3) it won't cut wet grass;
(4) it won't cut very long grass (>6 inches will need to be trimmed down before mowing) - this just means you can't be lazy about mowing once a week;
(5) you definitely will need to own a trimmer to cut grass along walls/fences because the reel mower isn't designed to cut that close to a barrier;
(6) the height adjustment wheels in front of the blades on this specific model means there's an area in front of the blades that won't be mowed if you mow going towards a wall/fence (the next cheaper model has the wheels at the back) - just come from another direction or use that trimmer from point 5.

If you're aware of these conditions and they're not deal breakers, I highly recommend this reel mower.
