HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I bought this while on a road trip when my herniated discs flared up. I have 2 Tens units from doctors, so I wasn’t expecting this to be as good. Anything was better than nothing. However, I was surprised that it was quite effective. I really like that it’s wireless and effortless to conceal unlike the others with long wires and control boxes.

The controller is a small disc that looks like it snaps into place, but it’s magnetic, which is easier. It charges very quickly and can charge in the car.

It’s VITAL to USE the APP. You can’t accurately control the unit without it. The app tells you immediately if the unit is connected or not. If not, just reach back and hold the power button for a second. I’ve found it likes a longer click better than a fast one. When you’re turning it on/connecting, you go through a series of screens on the app, ending on the one that controls the pattern selection and intensity. There are 2 meters. One is pattern selection, which defaults to acupuncture, my favorite. The other is intensity which must be 0 until you turn it up. I always have to turn it up a notch to start feeling it. I suspect this might be why some reviewers felt nothing.

Now that I’m at home, I’m still using this one. I hate fighting the wires of my other units. The other units have 4 pads, so they can cover more area. Note: the charging cable isn’t a C, but it’s included.

Break free of wires!

Works great! I have horrible tension in my neck and shoulders 80% of the time. I have to move it around and keep it on in every spot for at least 30mins.

This has been a life saver. I wear it at work all the time and no one knows, I appreciate how discreet it is. It doesn't connect to my phone, which is the reason for 4 stars, but thankfully I can still use it with the buttons. It packs a punch, very helpful for persistent back pain!

Discreet Back Pain Relief

Im giving this EMS unit 4 stars even though i didn't try it out. It looks like a good 5 star EMS device. I purchased this device when i was in pain and couldn't find my TENS unit or my EMS device prescribed for migraines. This device is very similar to those units in form and function.

Hope it works for you!

I like all the different settings on this TENS unit and I love that it's wireless!. being able to control the settings with my phone is great. the pads don't seem to stick very well after a couple of uses.

Worth it!

This unit is awesome! This is coming from someone who has a spinal cord stimulator implant (that will not take a charge at the moment). This unit is very close stimulation wise to my implant. Lots of different settings and strengths. Bluetooth works great! The only reason for the 4 stars is that I have the device on my lower back and the power button got turned off when I put too much pressure on it sitting. I highly recommend this Unit

Very Happy Customer

It works well, but I wish the app allowed me to have preferred settings or a shortcut when I'm in continuous use mode. It is ridiculous to have to go through all six steps every time the timer runs out, and I want to continue with the same settings. Other than that, it works well.

Works good, app could be better

I have tried so many electronic devices and massagers to try and help me manage my chronic pain. I have tried wireless devices. I've tried wired devices. I've tried every TENS unit that they make. Nothing has been as easy to use, while offering such quick pain relief as this unit.
I love that there are no wires to get tangled up in or to replace and that i don't have to recharge it constantly or replace overpriced batteries.
This unit may not have as many massage or electronic pulse options as all of the other, more expensive units, but it delivers targeted pain relief without the hassle.
It is by far my favorite.
I really like that I can wear this all day without it irritating my skin, and adjust it from my phone without having to remove it.
This has helped me so much, especially since I have recently become disabled and cannot fiddle around with wires or reattach pads that become unattached to the wires as easily as I once could.
This device has three buttons, one for power, and two small buttons, one on either side of the power unit in the center. once activated, the power button can be used to control the type of massage, and the buttons on either side are for increasing or decreasing the intensity. if you don't want to use the buttons on the device, you can also connect it to your phone via an app download. it's all very simple to use. One of my favorite things about the app download, is that you can actually set timers of how long you want the massage/ electrostimulation to last.
The only downside that I have noticed. So far is that I have not been able to accurately get the massage to run for forty minutes, as indicated in the timer in the app. But with a few clicks of a button, I can get it started again, so it's not that big of a deal.
Ohh, and these ar, by far, some of the best sticking pads that i've had of any of my devices.
Overall, this is my favorite unit thus far

Almost instant relief for my chronic back pain

This might be an excellant product but I think a very out in the open warning should warn not to over use. I had very painful bicep tendonitis and when this product came I was excited. I thought it would surely help with the pain. I moved it up and down my arm for a good long time and all of the sudden I became very sick. I was nauceous and just felt awful. It took me about 4 hours to recover. I have used again, but I think I will eventually give it a another try, but Ill use it for a much shorter time

Buyer Beware
the app that controls this unit is no longer updated or works for newer phones.
My phone is 2 years old and still too currebt for the app.
Also barely holds a charge.
Hard pass. Returning mine.

App no longer updated wont work for new phones.
