bought 2 (one for me and one for my wife) I wear it everyday, it's perfect for those with an active lifestyle, it does more then I use it for but I mainly use it for time, to read notifications while at work without pulling my phone out, and step counter.. its water resistant and very durable.. I dont ever wear my more expensive watches really anymore.  it's nice to have the sleek watch on and it doesn't get in the way of things

I had another fitness tracker, and I misplaced it; I didn't realize how much I relied on it until it was gone. I searched the house top to bottom, it didn't turn up, I finally decided to order another one. Of course, the one I had wasn't available, so I settled on the Fitbit Charge 3, and it does so much more! It's just amazing--it does everything my other one did, plus a ton more, and I can wear it up to 7 days without recharging, instead of once a day; it tracks steps, stairs, calories burned

Absolutely love it!

I got this for my Husband for Christmas, it replaces his FitBit HRChrg2.  He loves this ! Easy to use, Scroll thru is easy, Display easy to read, feels nice on his wrist.. Lots of new features.  Hopefully the Battery lasts as long as they indicate, longer is always better!
so far, he loves this Fitbit.

Fitbit Charge 3, Fitness Activity Tracker

I love it! I bought this because I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. The doctor said I need to change my diet and exercise. The set up was incredibly easy. I installed the app on my LG K20V phone with no problems. It took awhile for the updates to download. Once that happened it was smooth sailing.
Here is a short list of additional pros/cons based on 2 weeks of use.
Pros:
*A compact, sleek design that can be worn at night with minimal issues.
*Easily syncs to the Android app.
*Counts "steps" and their equivalent well, even during activities like spinning that aren't really steps.
*Monitors sleep patterns using an algorithm that breaks down your time into 4 sleep stages.
*Allows manual tracking of food and beverage intake and calorie consumption. The water tracker is awesome.
* Synchs to Tactio Health app (I use it to track my glucose readings!)

Cons:
*Small learning curve- there is a short delay before exercise and sleep showed up on the app. 
*It also seems to want to pair to 1 device only, so after pairing to my phone I can run the app on my tablet but only connect via bluetooth once, to the phone. 
*The heart rate monitor is inconsistent. There's a slight delay when it kicks in during exercise. Resting heart rates seem fine. 
*The weight tracking is basic. It's suitable for fitness newbies like me. Others, may not be as happy with it.

Highly recommend!

I had a Fitbit 2 for years still works great and holds charge. Was a little scratched up and wanted a waterproof model so that is why I purchased this upgrade.  I love tracking my steps and sleep. I love the gentle vibration on my wrist that awakens me instead of a jarring alarm.  Its also a huge plus to get notifications of calls and texts when my phone is deep in my purse or not right next to me!

6 months later the player started getting white lines on it and now 7 months later its completely turned off. It vibrates when you touch the side but thats it. Contacted fitbit and they won't fix it or give me a new one. Terrible product that doesn't last long at all. Save your money and buy something more expensive not from fitbit.

Purchased 4 months ago still not working with windows 10 and I don't have a smartwatch.
It goes thru the motions of initializing ,ie, it syncs in bluetooth, displays the  4 digit code, and my windows 10 fitbit software believes it has succesfully uploaded the software to my charge 3 but all that is displayed on the charge 3 is a faint line.

I hate this tracker. I also used mine to tell time but you need to have your right hand free to punch the side to make it tell the time. I thought I could return it but I see no place here to do so. It carries a one year Warrenty. What am I to do with this $100  piece of junk?

Very very very complicated.. screen is very dim. Took forever to make the hourly alert work. Took forever to connect to my phone. It does come with the charger so that's good.  The high rated reviews I read are no way related to this product. It's the Fitbit charge 3 even the watch band is awful.
