I had a Fitbit 2 for years still works great and holds charge. Was a little scratched up and wanted a waterproof model so that is why I purchased this upgrade.  I love tracking my steps and sleep. I love the gentle vibration on my wrist that awakens me instead of a jarring alarm.  Its also a huge plus to get notifications of calls and texts when my phone is deep in my purse or not right next to me!

It does what i need it to do but the band is not good i would say it sucks. so far so good

from day one the screen stays dim even with changing the settings to make it bright.

Very very very complicated.. screen is very dim. Took forever to make the hourly alert work. Took forever to connect to my phone. It does come with the charger so that's good.  The high rated reviews I read are no way related to this product. It's the Fitbit charge 3 even the watch band is awful.

Don't waste your money

6 months later the player started getting white lines on it and now 7 months later its completely turned off. It vibrates when you touch the side but thats it. Contacted fitbit and they won't fix it or give me a new one. Terrible product that doesn't last long at all. Save your money and buy something more expensive not from fitbit.

every Fitbit I get the light on the face of it turns off for no reason and you can't turn it back on. secondly I bought this for my mom to monitor her pulse and sometimes throughout the day it shows double her pulse, instead of showing 60 it will show 120. as a caregiver that scares the crap out of you, then I pulled the oximeter out and find out it's normal. and when you go to Facebook to let them know they just make excuses.

Fitbit never works properly

i had it 3 months and it's dark - charged, yes, but dark

Horrible. Didn't work what a piece of crap!

Don't buy

display is very light can't see it unless its dark. doesn't keep charge very long. very disappointed in the overall item. i payed more thinking it was a better fitbit and it wasn't.
