Very fancy looking but a bit on the smaller side screen which could be tricker for older individuals to read. But in general very happy with the purchase.

Product itself works great. My mom really loved the gift. Color is great. It was orderee black friday and i almost wasnt sure if it would be in for xmas but it did.

One issue is since Google bought Fitbit you must have a Google email account to activate the Fitbit.

I've had my fitbit luxe for less than 2 weeks before it started glitching. Before the glitch it was working great. Great tracking and features. Now it's intermittently having an issue with the display. Had to contact fitbit for a replacement

Careful it glitches

I found it to not be accurate. Not sure why but the readings were all over the place. Gave me very little trust in it and I felt the data being collected is not representing the true picture of my day. Just working in the kitchen standing in one place would increase the steps count. More importantly, while exercising, the heart rate would really frustrate me. When I know my heart is beating really fast, the reading on the watch would be too low to be correct. And when I know my heart is not beating that fast, it would show a high heart rate. So it just felt like it's not showing real time data which is frustrating.

The watch just looks good and that's about it.

Check reviews online and you will see that Fitbit products don't last more than about 6-9 months. This is our third Fitbit and they keep locking up and their method of using the button on the charging cable to reset doesn't not work. Don't take my word for it as I am just one person but check online and you will see literally thousands of similar complaints. Very disconcerting.
