It does miss tracking the odd steps, and it's such a bummer that Google didn't allow 3rd  party apps or Spotify on it, but I do love it. You can answer calls through it and it tracks activity and some other stuff I'm still learning about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Fitbit a few days ago. The fit is super comfortable and the watch has a super sleek design. The only thing I wished for was for a QR code to use to download the app. Other than that the system set up was very streamline and easy. I would recommend this watch

I bought a fitbit sense and loved it.  I bought it when it was brand new.  First watch - the strap didn't clasp properly and would randomly fall off and screen cracked.  Fitbit did replace it with a refurbished product....this product randomly won't go past the logo screen.  It wasn't turned off, was functioning fine minutes before.  Google tells me this is a common problem happening to fitbit se se since the summer of 2022 - but fitbit won't fix or replace watches with this common issue because it's outside of the warranty.

So if you want a watch that will last approximately 2 years, develop issues that fitbit is aware of but won't admit or address....this watch is for you.  If you want a fitness smart watch that lasts until you're ready to upgrade to new technology and holds its value so you can gift/resell it...pick another brand.  So very disappointing.  Go ahead and Google fitbit sense stuck on logo.....it's very common, wish I knew but sadly I trusted the brand

Don't buy its junk

Horrible watch, heart rate monitoring is all over the place and super inconsistent, making it useless for any applications aside from telling the time.

Tells time, that's about it.....

Worse Customer service - Bought a Fitbit and within 2 weeks called to complain as it only lasts 3 days, texts do not sync etc...they want me to return it and than they will replace it but it will take 2 to 4 weeks,.....7 years with Fitbit, 4 devices later and I am switching to Apple!!!!

Worst Device Ever - Don't Buy

Absolute FAIL at reading accurate heart rate above 110 range, ive had cardio workouts where it's unable to record any usable data....
