Arrived in a box - nice!  Hitch had one pretty good scratch on it - no worries, touched it up right away with some Rustoleum.  Install kit was intact - that's the main problem I've seen with these.  Watched a video on YouTube for installing a U-haul hitch (looks exactly like the Draw Tite) on my 2017 Honda CR-V, and was spot on.  Took the gal in the video about 15 mins, took me 2 hrs, but hey, I'm an amateur, don't have a lift, used jack stands, and was operating upside down under the back of the vehicle the whole time.  There's like 6 steps involved in the install, and each has its "Challenges".  Overall, a pretty easy install and now we're set to haul bicycles around!

It nicely fitted my Honda CRV 2017! After I had watched a video on YouTube for installing a hitch to Honda CRV it took ~1.5 hours for me to install it by myself (with my wife's help from time to time).

Easy to install ( takes 2 people unless you are Superman).

Only problem was pushing the hitch over the bolts. The bolts had a tendency to move up out of hole. I finally use piece of masking tape to keep bolt in the hole

Nice hitch

This hitch was the best option for my CRV with the kick under the bumper to open feature.  It still works on the right side of the hitch. It came scratched but Walmart made some adjustments to make it right. I simply spray painted the scratches. I use it for a bike rack and it works great. Also the price was the best thru Walmart.com.
