I liked the thickness of the yoga mat. I am a senior citizen who needed a little bit more support. The Hensley 1/2 inch yoga mat was perfect. The mat was wider than I expected and it has a carry strap. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I purchased two of the Balance From Yoga mats and I love them. The thickness, size and quality of the material are excellent. I have bought other mats that did not last but I think I will have these for a very long time. My only small gripe is the carrying strap. I wish it was elastic and not velcro.

Buy Em!

I love this mat. The thickness was great. Its not cheaply made. All I have is tile in my house and my workouts were very comfortable. The carrying strap is very convenient.

Perfect Mat

Usually the mats aren't this thick!  1/2 inch and still easy to roll up with great strap!  Everything about it, is great!

Thick exercise mat

This is an amazing product! it is the perfect thickness for when I'm doing yoga on hard tile and i can't feel the floor underneath me, it's like I'm on a cloud. The only thing that I disliked was the length of it, some of the stretches I do can't fit my whole body on the mat but other than that I love this amazing product!

I would have given 5 stars but there is some pattern on the mat. I didn't want to exchange or replace because it's way too comfortable... all in all nice mat with puffy comfort

Comfortable

This was good as we are new to Yoga, this mat is slightly thinner than the mat I bought for my wife, I wondered what the $1 difference in price was, as hers is thicker.

Beginner mat

The mat is thick as advertised.  However, it squeaks as I practice flows and sustains hand/foot prints.  I will keep it though because some of my classes are on concrete floors and the extra thickness is helpful.

bought a gray one loved it ordered the green one Not at all the same thickness did not have carring strap just two elastic bands was totally different very disappointed
