I've bought this pole in the past to go to events like raves, parties, bonfires, etc. The first one only broke because my drunk friend snapped it. (we were able to duct tape it back together and it worked fine EVEN AFTER BREAKING) I purchased another one and I gave it away as a parting gift. Now I've purchased a third pole and I'm sure I'll love it just as much as the ones prior. Awesome quality for short term events.

This is my Third Pole!

We just got back from a week long trip to Sturgis, SD. We used this flagpole with the hitch flag pole mount for the truck. It's the perfect height and we could see it from really far away which made it easy to find our camper at night in the campground. There were a couple of days where the weather was super windy and we never felt like we needed to take it down, it is really sturdy. It collapses nicely and is short enough to easily store in the trailer or transport in a car truck of average size.

BEST FLAGPOLE EVER

Got this for my parent motorhome for when we go out riding in the desert.....before, we always had struggles locating our site after a long ride....this thing is GREAT!!!! It holds up awesome to the unpredictable winds and gusts of the Mojave, it flexed so much i thought for sure it would be a goner but it held strong!!! no damage at all....we mounted this on the trailer with a flag, and a solar light, and the height made finding our site SOOOOOOO much easier!!! especially when the sun went down...the light was glowing on the American flag bright, and this pole held up EXCELLENT!!! folds up perfect for the storage compartments under the RV as well....

this thing is GREAT!!

I used this as an antenna mast for a small yagi antenna on my RV. used standard pipe standoffs to attach. Works fine. Not sure how this would perform in wind. Seems a little lightweight.

I bought five of these flagpoles for my Airstream. The flagpole holder is machined for standard sized flagpoles. But this flagpole has a plastic handle on the end which makes it just thick enough to not fit into the flagpole holder. When I reached back to the seller they said the handles are glued on at the factory. I was able to get them off with a lot of work. I suggest they describe the product better to indicate the handles may keep the flagpole from fitting into a holder. BE SURE TO READ THEY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE if you return them!

Good Product, needs better description

We use this with the under the tire flagpole stand at tailgate parties. It often gets windy and rainy and it has always held up nicely flying two flags. The clips seemed cheaper than I thought they would be but we havent had to replace them yet, after two seasons. You have to make sure you tighten each telescoping section when you put the pole up, and it will stay nicely. My father-in-law put it up once and didnt tighten each section well and it collapsed down to storage size! That's only happened to us once.

As others have posted, the pole has a propensity for 1-2 sections to collapse even if the pressure rings are as tight as they can be. Admittedly, my fiberglass 20'-22' poles do the same thing although they are heavier and higher. The fix is either tape or throwing a bolt or pin through each section. I also discovered with a LED light at the top of this pole and flying two 3x5 flags in the rain, the pole will bend about 45 degrees, without any wind.
