I searched a long time to find a coat rack that would tie in with my Scandinavian style sensibilities. Umber's Flapper Coat Rack does not disappoint. So stylish it's a decorative element in and of itself, never mind being a place for visitors to hang their coats. The bonus: incredibly easy to assemble.

We got this to replace a previous rack that kept toppling over.  This rack is very well made, sturdy and attractive.  It was also a great price point.

This coat rack: (a) was packaged well; (b) was easy to set up (by just one person); (c) is of a superior weight and quality; (d) is attractive standing alone in its intended space; and (e) is very functional. It's exactly what I needed!

Flapper Coat Rack

I LOVE this standing coat rack! It is gorgeous and functional.
I will say that it's quite a bit larger than I expected. The centre post (trunk) is solid wood and the hooks are big, sturdy & can hold anything.
The stand was larger than I'd thought is would be - the diameter of the base, in particular - but that isn't a problem for me, but perhaps for someone that has a smaller space.
I highly recommend the Flapper Coat Rack!

Beauty and function!

Such a great addition to our cottage! This coat rack is both functional and stylish, it keeps everything organized without taking up too much room. The build is very sturdy and well-made, and it was easy to assemble. I love how it holds multiple coats, bags, and even hats without looking cluttered. It's a simple piece, but it really elevates the look of our entry way. Highly recommend if you're looking for something practical that still looks great!

Stylish & Sturdy

The Flapper Coat Rack was a joy to assemble - so easy! So intuitive! I am impressed (as are all of my coworkers, whom I paraded through to 'ooh' and 'ahh') with the dense rigid structure of it. Once it was upright, it was a delight to gently press the lever for the hook to emerge from the column ... and then press the hook up to make a clean column again. ;) A joy! I tell you, a joy.

Perfect coat stand

We have recently purchased the Flapper Coat Rack and are very pleased with its sleek design, solid feel and   small footprint for the area in which it is located.An added bonus is that it is canadian product.

Neat fit

Purchased this coat rack thinking it was sturdy enough to hold heavier coats.  Unfortunately the flaps fall off when you put a heavier coat on it.  If you don't find the small components (washers/spring) you will be out of luck.  We fixed it twice already.  Not very impressed with this product.
