The good.... Really sturdy bookcase.  Very reasonably priced. Cuter than picture.
The bad.... No pre-cut holes on the shelves (you have to drill them yourself).  Instructions not specific on how the brackets fit on the shelves, so naturally I put them on backwards and had to take them back off and re-drill holes. Good thing they're underneath and you can't see them. Instructions also tell you to put the brackets on the shelves before you build the frame.  It would've worked better for me to build the frame and then see how the brackets fit into the frame (maybe that's just me). I can tend to be dyslexic with directions.
I give it three stars because of what should've taken me an hour - took me three.
Overall though, if you have the flair for building, this bookshelf is very nice for price.
