Whether you are looking to strengthen your muscles from your elbows down to your fingertips. Or if you have soreness from tennis elbow or climbers elbow. Or maybe you are treating injured muscles in this area. The flex bar is the perfect tool for physical therapy, strengthening, and rehabilitating those targeted areas. I have had climbers elbow, and the flex bar has helped me relieve the soreness associated with it. There are many videos available online with various workouts to help you get started on your path. The flex bar comes in different levels of resistance. It's made of a thermal plastic that keeps its shape. For the price, it's hard to beat. I would recommend this for anyone that is wanting to strengthen, prevent, or rehabilitate these muscle areas.

Thankfully Influenster gave me the opportunity to try one for free for my honest review. I got the light bar. I have been using this every day and feel like my wrists are stronger. Highly recommend.

Great for joints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure how to use it lol So l bend it using my chest muscles. To me and my mom it's working the best that way. 
You also can work out your arms with it. But my arms definitely need more than that lol

Interesting thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being told that I had tennis elbow and it was suggested that I go to physical therapy.  I don't have the time or money for physical therapy.  Especially, since I already had the Prosource  Flex and Twist Bar at home.   The size of the bar makes it portable and easy to do the exercises to help with tennis elbow and strengthen my wrists in the process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the green flex bar,  light,  it gives 10lbs. resistance.   Simple design that prevents hand slippage.   Bend into U form for tennis elbow,  grip with hand and twist for hand strengthening.   You can use as a mini massager on bottoms of feet, legs and thighs. just about anywhere.   I have carpal tunnel in both hands and significant loss of strength,  but I found the flex bar easy to use without fatiguing my hands quickly.  It won't fix carpal tunnel,  but I plan to use it daily to strengthen my hands.

Great for elbow pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid, long time video gamer I have had many issues with my wrists and hands from always sitting at a desk with a controller or mouse/keyboard in my hands. Using this product has helped me regain some of my normal movements and strength back to my hands and wrists that would normally cause me pain. I have also used this as a roller for under my feet while sitting at my desk and it has been great! I will use this for the long haul!

But I thought there'd be more to it. The fact that it says 10 lbs made me think there'd be something about it that would be more like a light workout but it's just something you use if you have issues with your wrists or if you have carpal tunnel. So maybe someday it'd come in handy if I have those issues.

It is very easy to use and can help overused tendons, weakened wrists and to strengthen joints. It's made from thermoplastic rubber and they are elastic. They are small, 12 inches in size. They are great for on the go. I would definitely recommend for athletes or anyone with weakened wrists or joints.
