You also can work out your arms with it. But my arms definitely need more than that lol

Great for elbow pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being told that I had tennis elbow and it was suggested that I go to physical therapy.  I don't have the time or money for physical therapy.  Especially, since I already had the Prosource  Flex and Twist Bar at home.   The size of the bar makes it portable and easy to do the exercises to help with tennis elbow and strengthen my wrists in the process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the green flex bar,  light,  it gives 10lbs. resistance.   Simple design that prevents hand slippage.   Bend into U form for tennis elbow,  grip with hand and twist for hand strengthening.   You can use as a mini massager on bottoms of feet, legs and thighs. just about anywhere.   I have carpal tunnel in both hands and significant loss of strength,  but I found the flex bar easy to use without fatiguing my hands quickly.  It won't fix carpal tunnel,  but I plan to use it daily to strengthen my hands.

Flex and Twist Bars 10lb Green

Thermoplastic runner (TPR) with rigid surfaces for a  non-slip grip, although I did find my hands slipping as they're on the smaller side, I don't think it'd happen if my hands were larger; for reference I can only get my thumb to fully touch my two middle fingers. 
It does provide an excellent workout or therapy for many parts of the body with simple twists/, bending, rolling of the device. It's lightweight, less than one pound & 12” in length and yet offers 10lbs of resistance in such a small package. I do find rolling it on my aches help relieve those pains and help me relax. The size is easier to implement and use just about any where you'd like,  unlike other items that are bulky to use due to weight/size. Feels amazing on the feet as well. Cleans easily, just give it a quick wipe.

Convenient and portable

The purpose of this bar is to help you strengthen your wrists, tendons, and joints.  I have issues with my wrists from typing so much at work, and I often find that my hands and wrists feel weakened.  Sometimes, I struggle to hold or open things due to wrist issues.  The Flex and Twist Bar has helped me regain strength in my wrists and lower arms.  When I twist the bar, I feel like I stretch parts of my arms that largely get ignored.  It honestly feels fantastic.  I am very pleased to have this as part of my home gym and will continue to use it for my wrists and arms.

Very helpful for wrist and lower arm pain

Using this product has helped me regain some of my normal movements and strength back to my hands and wrists that would normally cause me pain. It is very easy to use and can help overused tendons, weakened wrists and to strengthen joints. It's made from thermoplastic rubber and they are elastic. They are small, 12 inches in size. They are great for on the go. I would definitely recommend for athletes or anyone with weakened wrists or joints.

You'd think 10 lb resistance isn't much but you can feel the work you're putting in.   Also has a good grip,  where it doesn't slip out of your hand.
