I like the fact that this came in one rolled sheet, not folded in half.  The previous one was folded in half ant the wheels on my chair were always catching it.   With this mat I can roll all over without the seam down the middle.   I also bought the largest one they made,  This makes a difference as well

 I paid about twice the price for this mat, but  Polycarbonate, which is also used in some bullet - resistant glass,  should be much stronger than the vinyl ones I've had to replace every couple of years.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN OPENING IT UP!!!  The mat is under a lot of tension and it will spring back to flat very quickly.  You don't want to get hit with it in the face or eyes.  The instructions recommend two people open it and they are RIGHT.

Heavy duty chair mat

This mat works great! I considered getting a glass one but was afraid of it shattering if something got dropped on it... Very happy with this one!

Awesome

Wider and longer than any I could find elsewhere.  The mats layed flat right away and they  don't shift on our commercial level loop office carpet.  Chairs glide well for everyone (6 of us)
