Rust

This is the perfect product for treating the underbody of your truck! I bought new traction bars and within a month, I started seeing rust spots. Cleaned them up and then applied fluid film. I bought a can and actually painted the bars. This stuff stays wet for a while, but I just left them alone. Since applying, they still look brand new and not a speck of rust. Dirt doesn't really stick to them either. Everything else could look dirty except the traction bars. Will probably treat the entire underbody with this stuff. Great product that's safe for vehicles!

it's expensive for what you get, but this stuff works amazing and pays for its self in the long run. i undercoated my new truck with this stuff 5 years ago and there still isnt a spec of rust anywhere on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] fluid film has been doing an amazing job on my customers vehicles. I have used it on my own for 7 years now as well. you can really Tell the difference. We use a pile of salt on the winter roads and I apply it annually. virtually Zero rust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought both the Fluid film Black and Transparent, the black was much easier to spray on no problems. The transparent was much thicker and didn't work well when using the hoses to spray   coverage was good with both, having a hoist to spray is a big plus. Can't comment on how long it will last just did my truck  One thing I would say is do it when it is warm outside 70  degrees and let vehicle set  outside  to drain out after application . I t can made a mess inside a garage but cleanup is easy just wipe off with shop rags  remember though this stuff never sets up like paint it is always sticky or  pliable.

Works great, saves your car

I just put some of the Fluid Film on the undercarriage of my lawnmower. Nice and thick, goes on smoothly. It didn't take much and I will have plenty to use for other jobs.

I've been using the other fluid film for years now and have always liled it. the fluid film black however just gives the undercarriage a nice new look turning everything black. i believe if used once a year on a vehicle it will make the vehicle last much longer. good rust preventive
