Helps keep rust at bay!

The product itself goes on nicely and being black makes it easy to see the places that you missed.  The black finish also looks really nice on the underside of your vehicle.  I didn't spray it inside my doors because any that leaks out the weep holes will be much more obvious on my white vehicle.  I'll use the original Fluid Film for that.  It looks great and I see no reason why it won't perform as well as the normal Fluid Film, but I just applied it this week (in mid October) so we'll have to go through a winter to see how well it holds up to salt and the elements.

Delivery was great!  It arrived 2 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition with no leaks or abuse.  I was very happy with the price as well.  I used about 1/4 of the pail on the underside of my Acura RDX SUV.  That included every surface you can see as well as inside every hole that could be accessed.  To give it the best chance at success I scraped and chipped off all loose rust and soaked the heavily rusted areas with penetrating oil a couple days before I sprayed on the Fluid Film.  It's a messy job but once you get all the loose rust off and get that first good coat of Fluid Film applied it should just be a matter of touching up bare spots going forward.  Assuming you avoid car washes that spray the underside of your vehicle, must of the product will remain on the vehicle for several years, if it performs as well as the original Fluid Film has (which I suspect it will).
