This is a solid, stout bench for home use, and a great value too.  Parts are labeled, and assembly instructions easy to follow .

I'm 6'2” 235 %23 and I'm confident and comfortable on this bench with all the options (leg extension, preacher curl, etc).

Buy this bench, you won't regret it.

It took anout 1.5 hours to put together. Had some confusion and ended up having to take it apart and put it back together. But that was on us. 

Overall, it seems pretty sturdy. The bench raises and collapses. I can't wait to do some leg workouts in and bench presses.

Great Bench for great price

Directions easy to follow, all parts aligned correctly with none missing, and very sturdy. Bench does not fold up for storage. Has small preacher bench which does not work well with leg lift brackets. Preacher bench is easy to remove. Will be adding pin to replace bolt in leg lift. Pins (x2) could also be used in attaching bench to bench press for easy removal

Overall would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly straight forward to put together.   Works well but there is one minor issue.  The preacher bench is above your knees so when you are using the legs extension s the preacher bench is in the way.  I guess I should remove it but I also use it so a just do shorter leg lifts.

Generally happy

This is an awesome bench. It's sturdy, comfortable to sit on and the adjustability is great. I'm a big guy, but this thing has held up to regular use for about 2 months now. It comes already collapsed, and set up takes only a few minutes. After you're done, folding it up is just a matter of popping 23 pins out and a thumb screw. I say 2 to 3 because you don't really need to take the pin out of the leg bar to collapse it, but you can very easily. My only knock is that the back rest isn't quite long enough for me. I'm pretty tall, so it didn't seem right to take a star for it. Bottom line, for that price especially, you're getting a great bench that allows for a wide variety of dumbbell and bodyweight exercises and holds up great. Definitely recommend.

Great Starter Bench

I love that it comes with the preacher curl pad and leg developer—saves space and money instead of buying each piece separately. Assembly was pretty easy and it feels solid when lifting. Perfect for chest, shoulders, curls, and leg work. Definitely recommend for anyone building a home gym.

All-in-One Bench That Gets the Job Done

The threads on knob to adjust the height of the preacher's pulpit must be fully disengaged in order to adjust the pulpit.  Because of this and because that knob is located under the bench it is difficult to reengage the threads while holding up the pulpit.  I recommend increasing the length of the threads welded to the upright.  This way the knob can be unscrewed far enough to adjust the pulpit while the knob is still engaged to the threads on the upright.

The bench and its frame each have three screw holes to allow them to be joined. The distance between the holes do not align. It is impossible or to assemble. Awful Quality
