I had ordered these for my mom, she's 90 and doesn't work a computer very well.  When she got these, she swears they are thicker then before.  Needless to say she was very happy.

Very durable

Food that I save in these bags lasts much, much longer in the freezer than glad or zip lock bags because there is no air left in the bags.  Saves lots of money when you don't have to throw away food that has been freezer burned using other freezer bags.

I use several sizes of these vacuum Seal Rolls

I have been using these for about 20 years now and they are the greatest. We buy in bulk and it is so convenient to divide and freeze.  I also make soups, stews, and other dishes in bigger quantities and I can freeze the rest for a lot of meals that are easy to fix.

The vacuum sealing allowed me to squeeze a lot of pantyhose for shipping Canada. I 1 situation, I was able to send 10 pairs, costing $5.05 plus tax, which averges to about $0.51/pair. It costed me about $1.00/bag. It would be nice to have a cheaper bag.

I've been using a FoodSaver for years. The one I have now is my 3rd in 25 years. It's a terrific machine and does the job very well. We vacuum seal all our meat and vegetables for the freezer (and that's a lot). I use it every day. And I really like being able to cut bags to whatever size I need. 
That being said however I am very unhappy with the company who makes or distributes this product (not sure which) because when I needed a replacement tip for the auxiliary hose they flat out could not supply it making sealing jars impossible. I use that part a lot too and that reduces the serviceability of the machine in my household. For the sake of a $2.00 part a customer was lost.

I love my Food Saver Bags

I bought this unit a month ago to have at my summer cottage for fish and summer fruit.  It works a little differently from my previous but was easy to figure out.  I has sealed perfectly and I am very satisfied with it.  I like the upright, smaller profile on the counter top.  No regrets.

Nice updates from my old lodel

I regularly use these bags for all my meats, fruits and vegetables. I buy my meats and produce in bulk and these bags are the perfect thing to store in my freezer. I love how they preserve these things safely for months with no loss of product due to freezer burn. I also love how they come in assorted sizes, the split ones I use for bacon, just put in what you will need for the day and nothing goes to waste, that is a real savings when you buy a 4# package.

Excellent purchase!

I always purchase my FoodSaver Rolls while they are on sale.  My FoodSaver has definitely saved me money in the long run.  Don't know what I would do without it.  I also have all the containers also and recently purchased some fresh cherries that I have put in one of the FoodSaver containers and they are still great after 2 weeks!!  Great savings, great products.  Love them and have them all!!!!

GREAT!!

I have been using these for a few years. I'm single and live alone, but I end up cooking more than I can eat, so I vacuum seal what I don't eat. The rolls make it easy to get the perfect size for what I'm freeaing, be it big or small. Then when I don't have time, or don't feel like cooking, I have a ready made meal in the freezer. They're great to just pop in the microwave and heat.

I purchase every year. this year most of the roll had crease in it. Made it difficult to seal. But I will continue to purchase because of good quality.
