Font size too small for my vision

Extremely easy to read and make recipes. Contains excellent ideas on how to change diet and use foods that are tasty and healthy. Everyone should try following the suggestions in this book.

Great recipes

i learned much more than i expected, and was very pleased

This book makes a good case for plant-based living. At the end of the day,though, its
questionable whether it's desirable, or possible, to change ones lifestyle so totally. I think it is telling that although we should conceivably be able to get all our nutrition from our food, the book makes an exception for B-12, and recommends supplementation. Does that not beg the whole
question? Also, it does not address the depletion of our soils, which makes the reality of getting all our nutrion from plants questionable. The book is thought-provoking, and I think it does make the case for increasing our plant-based intake, and reducing our animal food sources.

Interesting theories, hard to live with

It was a good start to plant based recipes but I think their version is much better
