These are exactly what I was looking for - deep, FLAT bottom feed buckets.  They are durable, easy to clean and my comedian Fjord can't fling his food all over due to the depth of the bucket.  The only thing I absolutely hate is those attached snaps. Why on earth would you design a feed bowl with snaps you can't take off?  I don't hang feed bowls - I ground feed.  Now I have to find a way to remove those things.  The snaps should be double-ended.  I will find a way to take them off, though, because the bucket is wonderful, and a great, great value at that price.

EXCELLENT Feed Buckets BUT

SmartPak

I have tried many brands and shapes of feeders and these are my favorite. An added plus is that SmartPak has them for half the price of the local feed store.

These are great

Not only are these hardy, the best part is being able to detach them from the wall so they can be easily cleaned. I feed a lot of soaked products so it makes for easy clean up and soaking!

Perfect corner feeder

I guess I should have read the description better.  This is a heavy duty bucket; it is the size of a mini muck bucket.  I have a TB that throws her feed everywhere.  Not sure how to hang this thing yet, so no review on how well it will help keep her feed and supplements IN the feed bucket and not all over the floor

Well made but HUGE!

For years I have used the Horsemans Pride feed tubs - but they have gotten extremely expensive and hard to find. I have show horses that are locked in their stalls a good portion of the day, and they take it upon themselves to destroy their feed tubs in my absence. These are the only feeders (short of the horsemans pride) that actually last. They aren't as pliable as rubber so the hooks don't rip out, and they aren't as ridged as other plastic tubs that break when they are sat in, or crushed against the wall, or flung in the air. They are EXTREMELY cost effective, with the cost of snaps now-a-days, you are basically just paying for them and getting a free bucket. 
The only thing I would change - make the hooks removable, I have a couple that have to hang on a flat wall, so I can only use 2 of the hooks. I had to use bolt cutters to remove the 3rd hook for safety reasons.

Best feed tub for the money

The Fortiflex Round Feeder Tub is very versatile.  I like them because they are rugged and they fit perfectly in the corner of a stall, attached by 3 clips.  This makes clean up very easy.  The depth if perfect for feeding things like alpha cubes when soaked.  It is also perfect for any type of grain. Aggressive eaters can't shovel out their grain onto the ground.

A terrific Feeder Tub

Received the tubs right before the Atlanta Summer Show AA. They worked great especially considering they came with the clips attached, and it was easy to put them in their stalls with a few pieces of baling twine. They are quite a bit cheaper than the Dan's buckets, and somewhat larger and deeper, but our horses loved eating out of them. We now plan to put them in their stalls at home.

Great Round Feeder Tub!

These are my preferred feed tubs. I used to use the ones from the track, with the lip, but those are so hard to take apart and clean! The main reason I use these feed tubs are because they are deep. It makes it harder for the horses to "sweep" the feed out of, like they do in the corner feeders. (sling the feed out the side) My boys get a decent amount of feed and beet pulp, and these have lots of room and you can feed lower to the ground, so it's a more natural position. Well worth the money, and they last an extremely long time. Easy to clean as well. Can't go wrong with these!

Love it!

My horse would always bang a hanging bucket, sling his feed out of a corner feeder, and flip over a ground feeder.  This feed tub is deep and wide enough that any "flinging" of the feed he wants to do just pushes it to the other side of the bottom of the tub.  Yay!  No more wasted feed!

Perfect!

Great all around feeders. I got 2 of these and purchased the rims from another store (smartpak needs to carry the rings!) to prevent my aggressive eater from singing feed out of her bucket. They work well (definitely at least 90% reduction in feed waste for her), they are a great size, and they are very heavy duty. Be aware, they do come with hardware, but they are single ended snaps permanently attached. I previously had triangular corner feeders and was just barely able to adjust the rings hanging out to accommodate these new feed tubs. I didn't notice in the pictures, but some comments mention that the black buckets should be avoided because they have S hooks... I didn't even notice that in the picture, but I ordered black and they have normal single ended snaps and seem pretty heavy duty! Should be safe for nostrils! Highly recommend getting these and the matching ring for horses that like to sling feed out!
