Purchased this item for a 2012 Dodge Durango it is very quick and easy and simple to install myself and a friend it's about maybe an hour the hardest part was getting the dash off but that has nothing to do with the item itself. This product definitely comes in handy for when I need the Quickstart my car to cool it off or to heated up or simply defrost it

Evo came fast thanks works great. not perloaded as said tho, tryed it in my 08 charger, was a no go. will need the flashlink to access setting features including turning car on/off

About this through Walmart and when it was set up it was supposed to be for a Dodge Caliber but that's not true when I went to get it installed the installer said that I needed the Evo V so we looked it up online after paying $7 and sure enough it's the wrong product but your website said it was the right product I'm trying to return it but the company that you use is not in business and they didn't send me a return slip nor a receipt hopefully we can get this resolved if not I'm going to put a dispute on my credit card
