Great looking watch looks so smart, I purchased it to replace a Fossil Twist that got smashed in a fall. The only niggle is it tends to gain 3-4 minutes or 4 days

My husband wanted a watch with lots of specifications after must digging I enlisted the help of a virtual visit. The lady (I don't remember her name sorry) helped me find the perfect one. I saw this magically time keeper on the website and I thought, "what would it be like to own such a beautiful instrument?" Then I went to the fossil store in a local mall, made the awesome decision to buy the watch, and now... it's feels like I am walking around with a Bentley on my wrist. It is simply beautiful.

WOW.

This watch is absolutely amazing. Its fly and flashy, ladies wont stop looking and smiling. The exposed gears spin in a circular clockwise motion. The silver face (chrome look) of the watch extends to the back, almost like chrome rims on a cadillac. However, be aware that if you don't wear the watch for too long it stops spinning and the time stops until you spin the dial again and set the time accordingly. 5 STARS

Fossil - Townsman Automatic Leather Watch - B

I've had this for over 4 months now and it's amazing I never regret buying it! It's elegant and timeless. You'll be mesmerized by the see-through motions of the clock that would otherwise go unappreciated. I also love the changeable straps it honestly makes it look like a completely different watch. PLUS A 11 YEAR WARRENTY

A well worth investment!

I really like the look of this watch. It is substantial in size without being too big. I love automatic watches, and this one strikes the perfect balance of sophistication and simplicity. It keeps VERY good time for an automatic watch, which don't usually keep as good of time as quartz watches do. It has quickly become my every day watch for work and weekends. The blue is a bit more muted in person than in the photos, which I like.

My fifth automatic watch... my favorite!

The watch is beautifully designed. The small window enabling a view of the internal is a very nice touch. The new leather needs a little bit of a break in period because it's a somewhat hard. I took 2 days for my wrist not be irritated anymore from the chafing. Also, this is very important if you're looking to buy this product. The face color of the watch is a different shade of blue compared to the online pictures. In person, the blue is more of a dull navy blue instead of the brighter lively blue you see on the site. It's still a good looking watch nonetheless.

Looks great, seems more expensive than it is. Build quality feels solid and the auto winding works well enough, though after some long sitting periods at work I've noticed i have to readjust the time, like its briefly dying on me. Overall, very happy with the look and performance.

The watch itself is beautiful and works well, but the leather wrist band started peeling and cracking within 2 days of wear. Looks terrible and definitely isn't nice leather. He has continued to wear it for a month and the original finish is completely gone on the band.

I would not buy leather from fossil again

I got this for Christmas, lovely looking, many comments on the looks, keeps time well for an automatic but reliability is shockingly bad. I have had 3 replacements in 3 months and require a 4th, and I am very careful with my watches (1x 47 year old mech, and several 17 to 20 year old quartz watches). This is the watch has the worst reliability of any watch I have owned including real cheapies. Not recommended.
