I had an apple watch for almost 4 years. I loves it but 2 iPhones in 2 years I was over apple and needed a new smartwatch. I love my gen 4! Connected faster than my apple and provides me everything I need and looks 100 times better than an apple watch! Love it!!

Bought this watch for my girlfriend. It arrived in two days and was one of the easiest transactions ever. Beautifully packed. Beautifully designed watch. Girlfriend loves it and wears it everyday, she cried when she opened it and said "Best Christmas ever!"

Best Christmas Ever

It was my Birthday gift from my husband. I like fossil watches and when I saw the smartwatch I was in love again. But I have to said that I was scared to buy one because of some bad comments and reviews from IPhone users. Until now I don't have any problems with my Q Venture 4, I get all my messages and notifications. The only thing I wish to be able to do is to answer calls and text messages from my smartwatch but I have an IPhone and I know that Apple is the problem.

I love it

I was happy to wear it immediately I bought it. BUT after 2-3 days I realized the smartwatch not showing weather. Was surprised to see that my new watch defected. On the 6th day, I took it to the store and thankfully Fossil representative replaced the defective one. Now I am happy :)

Perfect but...

I have been on the hunt for a "pretty" smart watch for quite sometime! I was Tired of Everything looking sporty, even with different bands. This was exactly what I wanted. I have An apple phone and everything I need/ want this smart watch to do, it does!

Beautiful watch

I have had my new Fossil Generation 4 Smartwatch about 2 weeks now. I work in an office environment, and have been wearing the watch almost every day. However, three days ago, when I took the watch off the charger, I noticed that the touch screen did not seem to be responding to my touch. I took it back off and put it back on the charger as I did not have time to deal with it then. I took it back off the charger yesterday to see if it was okay, and the touch screen is still not responding to any touch. The screen displays the watch face and the buttons bring up the functions, but you can not do anything on the watch that requires you to use the touch screen. This watch is beautiful and I was very excited about having a smart watch that also looked more professional. at this point, I am questioning the durability of this watch. I am going to contact Fossil and see what they recommend as you cannot even turn it off and try to reset it without the touch screen it would appear. Hopefully they will get this straightened out. I will follow up on this review if it will let me.

I love the appearance, but mine is not working already

Sales person stated that all features except 2 would be compatible with an Apple phone however I could not keep they synced and the only thing that really worked was the clock itself. I returned it to the store where another sales manager said that we should have never let you believe it could do what the other sales person stated. I love the looks but not worth the money. Went later that day and spent 50.00 more for the Apple Watch and I love it!!

Not for Apple products

I am the biggest fossil lover! All of my watches but one are as well as bags. I was very disappointed in this product thought, the quality felt extremely cheap. I thought the band would be like my other stainless steel watch bands and it was a lot lighter

Poor quality

When receiving the watch it was very beautiful I liked it very much my biggest issue with the watch is it dies within the same day you can have a fully charged and by the end of the day the watch is dead, normally when I had a Samsung watch my watch would be good for 2 days this watch dies very quickly

Watch Dies quickly

I received this watch last week and my disappointment it did not work as I had hoped. It was in a continuous restart loop, and given the restart issues, the battery power only lasts 7-8 hours. I called customer service, and while they were fantastic, they asked to send back the watch and I would be sent a new watch. I have not seen any notification that a new watch is on its way. My hope is with a replacement the restart and battery issues will be resolved, but at this moment I am skeptical.
