My umbrella arrived in a repaired box and the umbrella pole was missing.
I followed the directions to make a claim for replacement with the distributor, ezreplacement.com.
Their customer service replied that they do not sell umbrellas through Walmart and that I must have got it through a third party. This after I provided a copy of proof of sales!
Now I have an umbrella with no pole....
