There are two things I felt were missing from this fire pit. One, there is no way for water to drain from the bottom bowl. No vent or hole for water to escape. Second, there is no handle to remove the lid from the pit when its hot. 
I drilled a hole in the bottom for drainage and drilled a hole in the vent and added a handle so I could lift the lid when its hot.
It was easy to assemble and the directions were useful. Overall a good fire pit.

Two things I would like.

walmart.com

rather had a handle on lid but for a hundred dollars more no and the screen doesn't fot well!
