Ease Of Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Magnetic Utensil Bar 18" is so easy to install it comes with the screws u need to hand up on wall or where ever you want it. It holds 8 of my large kitchen knives and I love it. I dont have to store any of my knives in a drawer that my kids can reach anymore. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This "Fox Run" brand magnetic utensil holder will hold just about any metallic kitchen utensil.  The magnets are fairly strong and should securely hold any utensil in your kitchen.  I tried the largest knife I could find as well as large odd shaped scissors and other kitchen gadgets.  I was surprised in that the holder also worked on all the "Stainless Steel" knives I found.  apparently there is enough iron content in most stainless utensils for the magnets to "stick."    The utensil bar is a full 18" long and should hold a typical kitchen "Knife Set" without any problem.  The utensil bar is actually two 3/8" square magnetic bars set into a nicely finished 7/8" thick wooden strip.  the magnets, (Ferrite bars) are mounted between two stainless steel stand off strips which, in addition to protecting the knives/utensils from staining from the ferrite, also aid in removing the utensil from the holder. Two holes are pre-drilled 16" on center and recessed for the two mounting screws.  The included screws have a decorative, anti-corrosive finish.

This 18" one from Fox Run Brands was so easy to install and looks great under my cabinets and even matches the backsplash. Now all of my cutting knives are readily available. I do not have to go searching through my knife drawer for the specific one I need. It is right there in front of me. Love it!

Magnetic Utensil Bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook a lot, even more nowadays as it seems everyone else is too. I used to keep my knives in my butcher block. This strip, I'm really really happy with it. It was easy to mount/install. I mounted it above my sink. I now have extra space because I don't use a butcher block to hold my knives. They are convenient and accessible, but don't take up any counter space or really any space that I might use for something else. The magnet is strong enough to hold even my sturdiest and largest knives. I'm almost upset I didn't decide I needed one of these much much sooner. Its one of those small things that definitely makes a huge difference.

It keeps them out of reach of little ones with easier access to adults, saves space in the drawer/on the countertop and it looks nice and neat.
