Great Product

My fault that I didn't measure mine before ordering this for a present. I've had mine 35 years, and it is much bigger than this. It is however big enough. Seems to be in good condition, good quality. Came packaged well. As it is for a present, I haven't used it yet. First look though, seems good quality.

Smaller than what I thought, but good quality.

Saw where thought it was hard to use over a bowl due to its size but I found it was perfect fix for my 8 cup Tupperware measuring cup. Work great for canning 35 Quarts of tomato juice

Great for tomato juicing

I got this to replace the one that was worn out (over 50 years of use). The item does what is was designed to do. However the handle is very uncomfortable - we used a pot holder to cushion our hands. Also, it is so narrow that you can't fit a regular bowl under the stand - we ended up using a small plastic bowl because it was the only thing that would fit; and the sieve is too tall to attach it to any bowl or pan that I have. Had I realized these things before we started to use it, I would have returned it

Not practical and would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design overall.  However, construction,  actual strainer is not fine mesh, but instead considerably large holes. Spaghetti, other small pasta, rice, some beans, diced tomatoes, vegetables etc. can easily pass through. Very, very unlikely to get a smooth texture or sauce from this “strainer”.
