A disappointing product from Franklin

Very disappointed with the quality of this product.  Definitely not what I expected from Franklin.  The rubber bands supplied to keep the balls in the tube is very cheap.  The manufacturer of this product provides a number of rubber bands knowing that they will break.  It should have been a much stronger flexible rubber strap. I'm going to return the product.
