This dog food saved my Chihuahua's life. At age 18 she stopped eating. She would throw up every dog food out there so I started cooking for her from scratch. Until I found fresh pet. She is 20 years old now and still loves this food. No problems with digestion. If you have an aging dog, this is the way to go. Thank you fresh pet for extending her life.

my shitzu loves this very much. it does not give her any tummy trouble. i wish they will have a bigger item. i separately frozen it in portion so it will last long and i can budget it in every  meal . she dont touch her peebles unless this topping is on there.

My Beagle loves it. I bought it when my Maggie developed an UTI that took a while and strong antibiotics to get rid of.  Some packages have cranberries in it and I believe that helped with her problem.  It even made her poo-poos better.  Now she gets this with her dry dog food and I'm very happy and so is Maggie!

I found this quite by accident. I've been looking for something my dog would eat on a regular basis. Normally she would eat something for two-three days then stick her nose up at it. I've bought a lot of different brands and consistencies to try to find one for her. This has been the only thing that has continued more than two months now. She looks better, acts better, and appears perfectly content!

My little girl LOVES this stuff! She was very fickle with dry food. We tried so many different brands. Different wet food brands. She liked some but would only eat a little bit. We gave Fresh Pet a try, she licked the bowl clean! She gets excited for meal times! She has more energy! Her breath is better! More playful! My only wish is that we would have started with Fresh Pet sooner! Gravee is an 11 pound Chihuahua mix, she is 5 years old and is spoiled rotten! She loves her breakfast and dinner of Fresh Pet Small Dog. We get the chicken and the beef to mix it up for her, she loves both!

I use this as snacks and treats for my dogs. It is perfect as a high value, reward treat when training. I do have to say that the first time we got a bag we gave them a few meals of it. Lolli %26 Gabbi loved it! They snarfed it down!  Loved it so much they became the snooty lil Miss Princesses Mini Schnauzers and didn't want to eat the dry dog food anymore.  I am sure that there are more nutritious dog foods out there, but I feel it's important to balance their needs and my pocketbook so it's a win-win in my book.

FreshPet or Frustrated Pet?

I tried countless brands, both wet food and kibble before buying Freshpet for my dog. Now, he will eat nothing else! While the price point may be a bit more than a typical dog food, knowing it truly is fresh and has trusted (and real!) ingredients makes me feel good about feeding this to him. Our dog knows when it's time to eat and devours his meal every time. I also opt to warm it up for 20 seconds so it's not cold. This (small bites chicken) is his favorite, though he also enjoys the beef flavor small bites along with the larger bites.

Picky eater approved!

All I can say is this food food saved my dog's life.  She was diagnosed with possible liver cancer over a year ago.  So I brought her home to die in my arms and prayed. She started to recover and I instantly changed her diet to Fresh Pet and that was over a year ago.  She is healthier than she has ever been her eyes are bright she is my happy puppy.  She craves and loves Fresh Pet so I will not be changing any time soon.

I finally found a dog food that my picky pooch will eat. I had to give away previous foods I bought because she would actually turn her head away when I placed them in front of her, and they would remain in her bowl till I decided they had gone stale and threw them away.  She ate the Fresh Pet as soon as I walked away, I am so relieved!!

I use the tube of chicken usually for my Jack Russell, Cleetus Peter, and he loves it. I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. I ordered this to give him a variety. I tried to give it to him cold first. He would not touch it. So I thought he would like it warmed up. Well when I put it in the microwave it caught my microwave on fire. What is in this food that it can't be microwaved. Now my microwaves toast. All in all the food looks like it would be tasty for a dog. And it probably is to most, but the fact that it blew my microwave up is insane. Beware of what you're giving your dog.
