The warranty process is amazing we had some trouble with an item and it is so simple to get it fixes or replaced. All the other Frida's we own we have had foe 2 children with no issues. Baby and I both love it. It's loud enough and the compact design easily fits in multiple places. Baby loves the wave sounds and the lights too.

Great compact sound machine

Very loud & clear volume considering it is portable. We use it for our smaller bassinet too, since our baby isn't in the big crib yet. Also the light is useful when looking for it during the night.

Awesome Product

Frida Baby has many amazing products but we use this sound machine the most! It is so nice and small so can take anywhere. I also think Frida may have the best customer service I have ever dealt with it. I had an issue and they responded so fast, almost within minutes and with a solution that was in my best interest. Hard to find companies like that nowadays. Will keep buying their products because not only are they great products but they stand behind them.

HOLY GRAIL

Good sound machine. We previously used the Hatch, but truthfully it's not worth the hype or price. Ours stopped working after one year. We then replaced it with the frida baby. It's great you don't have to worry if your power goes out during the night and it's nicely compact and portable.

Nice portable sound machine

We love this sound machine, we use it as our main one and have traveled with it. The hanging options is very useful, it's easy to pack, and the light comes in handy. Only issue is the flashing light when charging wakes our daughter. Even if you leave it plugged in 24/7, the light will still flash. We have to cover or hide it. Planning to get the hatch as our daughter is getting more sensitive to the flashing the older she gets.

I will be returning. Sound is fine, easy to use. The reason I will be returning is that it needs to be charged every single day. It will only last for a few hours, and then it flashes a very bright light indicate the battery is dying. Also, in dim light, the buttons are near invisible so it's not easy to change settings.
