I used this with the Frida Baby FlakeFixer Cradle Cap set, and it worked immediately. Though I didn't take before and after pictures, I captured all the flakes the comb removed. I don't know the cause of cradle cap, but this product cleared it in one treatment. It came back after a several days, so I repeated the treatment, which worked again.

Very easy to use and saw results after first use. My daughter has cradle cap and started to lose hair on the top of her head because of the dry patches and was very upsetting. Now her scalp looks much better and her hair has started to grow back, will continue to use.

I bought this for my 3rd baby. Cradle cap was a pain for my first 2 babies, so I wanted to try something new. Honestly, the sponge part you can do without. Just wet or suds up your baby's hair and use the massaging brush to loosen the gunk up. The curved comb is a game changer! That is the reason I gave this 5 stars. I removed so much cradle cap with such ease! I could have tried to get rid of it all at once, but I was afraid of making my baby's head sore. I did a little each day after a bath. Most was gone in 1 week, and the total gone by 2 weeks.

My son has really dry, cradle cap and nothing has helped. I bought this and it actually works!! I apply the shampoo with my hands instead of the sponge. Then soft brush loosens it and lastly, comb it. It lifted so much!! Now I use it each bath to help remove the rest. Definitely recommend. I love the frieda products, they are worth the extra price.

Bought because we did not get a comb after leaving the hospital, so I was looking for one that would gently scrape the scalp as you brushed your infant's hair to help prevent cradle cap, but it comes with a sponge attachment for the tub too, so it was exactly what we were looking for.

This works SO WELL! It got so much cradle cap off on the first try. I just used the shampoo I already had. My baby is half black and so far this still works on her.

My baby started developing cradle cap around 8 months old(June 6). I bought this %26 used it today. I couldnt believe the results! She had so much come off on the comb i didnt want to stop. It really works. Obviously a baby isnt going to stay in the tub for half an hour while you get the flakes off so do it every bathtime and in no time your baby will be clean from all flakes.

The best! Buy this if you have any cradle cap issues. Buy this for every baby shower you go to! It really works and I will recommend this to everyone who needs a solution for cradle cap. It was so easy to use even in my baby girls long thick hair. After one use it was remarkable how much it took off! I think I used it three times and haven't needed it again for months. This is the best!

I love this product, however, the sponge side is super hard to get soap out of and turned yellow (???) so I just ended up throwing it away. The separate little brush is a little rough and so I haven't really been able to use it on baby because it hurts her scalp. The scrub part on the egg shaped piece is fantastic though, made it worth it as it's helped to get dry skin off her scalp.

I had high hopes for this product since it had great reviews. I have a 3 month old who has been suffering from cradle cap and nothing has helped it. The first time I used it I made sure I was gentle with it and realized it made her scalp really red. Afterwards I noticed that it had actually scratched her scalp in a couple of different places that they actually bled. I barely applied pressure with it and am very upset that the product that was supposed to help her ended up hurting her. Im not sure if somehow I got a rougher sponge or something but I would not recommend it. My baby still has cradle cap and now has a scratched up scalp.
