Makes great tasting nugget ice! Since there seem to be conflicting opinions about this unit recycling water, I can state that... I let all my ice melt and had a pool of water in the bottom reservoir. I purposely did NOT drain it or fill the top tank with more water and my icemaker DID use the water from the bottom to make more ice! I checked the bottom and all the water was gone. I hope this clears up any confusion over recycling!

Glad I bought this icemaker since my refrigerator makes the big "clunky" ice. It was a little bigger than I expected it to be but I can deal with the loss of counter space for the "good ice!"

Absolutely love my ice maker!! Had it since Christmas %26 don't really have nothing bad to say about it. It is a bit louder than the previous one I had %26 sometimes it don't shut off when the ice is full %26 then that leads to some leaking from somewhere an there is some water on the counter to clean up but that's still better than the previous brand we had. It makes ice rather quickly and well the nugget ice is the BEST!! If I had one thg to advise to anyone that's purchasing this one, it would be to just make sure you run the clean cycle when the light comes on, and clean the inside of it also bc somehow it does get rather dirty inside there. It's definitely been great %26 well worth the money.

Very happy w/ it can't imagine life without it now

The ice maker functions perfectly; however, its kind of noisy. I would give 5 stars, but when the ice maker arrived, the inside was wet as if it was used. My hope is that it was not.  We simply followed the cleaning instructions and proceeded with using it. Were very satisfied with the outcome of this purchase.

Great product? New, unsure...

Absolutely love the ice! However within the first 6-8 months the machine started having a louder noise. Not unbearable just annoying. By 9-10 months machine will barely keep ice frozen. Not even enough ice for a cup. While I loved the machine when I purchased it, it is pricy not to even last a year.

Great ice but save your money!!!!

Absolutely loved this machine and the ice for the 20 or so days. Then it started squealing when it kicks on. Then it started telling me the bucket was full when there was hardly any ice in it. No obstructions, cleaned it, unplugged it, still says that the ice is full and refuses to make more. I miss my ice.

Awesome ice. Iffy machine.

Loved it at first! Tonight I realized my ice maker wasn't making ice and making extremely loud noises! I have kept up with cleaning it including the hoses as far as my straw cleaner would reach! I purchased this right before summer of 2022 stated! This is ridiculous that I spent so much money and it stopped working!! How can I get a refund or an even exchange? The light also started flashing rapidly for no reason and wouldn't stop until I turned it off completely.

Do not waist your money!

Kind of upset I even have to leave one star. We've had ours for 4 months, always used the self cleaning every couple of weeks… and it's completely quit working! Past the return window of course, so we're stuck with this big chunk of non-working metal.

Worst Ice Maker Ever.

We really liked the unit for 21 days and then it broke. Something internally got blocked up and ice continued to be made during the night. It eventually built up enough pressure to break the plastic top away from the unit. Submitted a warranty claim... waiting for a resolution.

dangerous!!!! Top exploded off breaking the screws off like a pressurized cannon and shot out of machine. luckily no one was hurt. It was louder than it advertised,  made good ice though but didn't last 9 months. For  an appliance at this price , i feel it should have lasted longer.

Beware! could be hazardous. parts exploded off.

I received my ice maker today with water already inside. This item was opened and clearly previously used.  Also has minor scratches on the front ice container and the container also looks a bit worn as well. I am packing back up to return. So disappointing!
