I have done 135 pound weighted dips and it still doesn't move.
A socket wrench will help putting this together better and faster. 
The rings are awesome too!

I got this dip station for a basement workout room with ceilings that are only 6.5 feet. This dip station is actually better than the ones at the gym. The height is perfect for me (I am 5'11, ~180) to do dips with full extension. In fact, because the dip station is not as high as the ones at the gym you have to hold your legs up, which forces you to engage your core and have a much better form. I get tired doing these tips faster than when I do them at the gym. The only gripe I have is that the bars are a bit thick, but that's to make the dip station very steady (which it is, no rocking on a flat surface). There is also no "give" or slight bending like you'd have when you do dips on a power tower that has both pullups and dips. Finally, the width of the dip bars is perfect - not too wide and not too narrow, and they are angled as well so you can do different width dips.
Assembly was easy by myself - just look at the instructions carefully before you start.

I can recommend this dip station.

Better dips than at the gym

I was cautious when I purchased this because of the lower price, but once it's together it's really solid. I'm 5'10" and about 200lbs and it doesn't budge. I even used it wearing my 40lb weighted vest and it still didn't shake. I haven't tried the rings yet, but I've been impressed when doing dips and rows.

I call this an exercise machine because you can do more than just dips. The metal and sturdiness is great. I am 5'8" and weigh 190 lbs and it does not move. I have it placed on my carpet and it still does not move. It is also easy for me to pick up and move to other spots in my weight room. I believe it weigh 30 lbs. I use this for dips, chest dips (facing other direction); chest flies, hanging back raises, & leg raises. This machine also comes with an exercise guide so that you can pick the ones you may be interested in doing. Also the metal is very thick. The assembly was pretty simple (15 minutes). Lastly it looks great in my weight room.

Awesome exercise machine

This is truly a great product....Top of the line quality....Able to withstand a hard workout for years....Good compact design that doesn't take a lot of room to add to your collection of equipment...Multi purpose so it can allow many different exercises. A must have!!

Pretty sturdy. Use it a lot. Only issue was I had to get two pliers to tighten the bolts as they are very tight fit.

Takes long af to ship but definitely worth the wait . You do need some type of channellock for tightening the bolts.

It was gift for the hubby but all family members can use it. The rubber for the hand grip could be thicker. But performance gloves help with that. Its sturdy and compact. But overall it's a great product.

Its a great compliment to the other equipment I have for my morning workouts. Sturdy and well made. I would def recommend this to others who have the limited headroom

Just what I was looking for.

The Fuel Pureformance is perfect for those who are looking to add dips and inverted rows to their fitness routine. I like that it does not take up a lot of space, it's fairly easy to put together, took me around 15-20 minutes by myself.

I gave it a 4 star rating only because one of the handles came with a minor (1/2") dent and chip on the front end where the plastics cap II inserted, it was also a little damaged but useable. Rather than take it apart, re-package and return it, I fixed the dent and put the cap on and covered the chipped paint with black electrical tape wrapped around it, did the other side to make it look more uniform.

So far, I have used the dip stand for chest dips, tricep dips and inverted rows. I have not used the rings on the dip stand but have used them on my pull up bar for some suspension work. The rings are somewhat heavy duty plastic and the nylon straps are well made too.

Overall, I like it and would recommend it especially because of the price and fairly small footprint. It looks sharp too.
