I like it. It's small enough to fit in the spot I wanted it in, it holds my sons backpacks and shoes, looks nice, perfect!

This shoe rack is cheaply made but looks nice!

The quality is fine, and assembly was easy. The only surprise was that I bought it to hold all of my short boots, but the space between the shelves is too short. So I put my regular shoes on this shelf unit and my short boots in the plastic hanging pockets that used to hold my shoes.

So keep in mind, only normal shoes can fit on the shelves (other than the top shelf).

Does the job

It will do the job for a little while I hope... But it already tilts due to the design. So I have to straighten it out pretty often so it doesn't look like it's going to fall over. I even made sure screws were tight.

Pretty cheap!!

When I ordered the espresso color, I thought the picture wasn't really dark enough to be called espresso, but whatever color it was, I liked it. Even if it would've been darker brown like what I imagine when I hear espresso, it would be fine. Well when it arrived, I opened it to see black wooden pieces, and I didn't even take it out of the box. It wasn't even just black but looked and smelled like someone had done a bad spray painting job on it! Yuck! Can't speak to its durability or anything, just that the color is NOT as pictured at all! I will be returning it for sure.

Easy install, look nice as the photo.
Very low quality and weak, it won't last long enough, maybe a year or less.

The pine wood is very thin and makes the bench very unstable.

Not sturdy

Poorly finished wood and very low quality. One slat wasn't cut to the proper dimensions and snapped during assembly under little pressure, and one of the supports cracked while inserting a screw. The shelf slats are very narrow - any slim heal will fall right through.
