The chair arrived yesterday and was very simple to put together. However, the first time my wife sat in it she discovered a nail  or screw sticking through the fabric on the left arm from the underside . It is extremely hazardous because it is exactly where you put your hand to get up. If the company replaces the left side then I would happily give it four stars.
